Concrete Grinding Discs
Concrete grinding discs are metal-bond diamond tools for the aggressive first stage of floor work: removing laitance, leveling high spots, stripping coatings and preparing the slab before resin polishing pads take over.

How to select grinding discs
- Match the disc to the job
Coating removal and heavy leveling need aggressive metal-bond discs; light surface prep can use finer segments. Tell us the slab condition in your RFQ and we will suggest the bond.
- Size to the machine
4 inch discs suit angle grinders and edge machines; 7 and 10 inch discs run on larger floor grinders. Match the arbor and segment height to your machine.
- Grind wet or dry per SKU
Check the application note per SKU — some discs are specified dry-use, others wet/dry. Dry grinding needs serious dust extraction.
- Follow with resin pads
Grinding discs leave a scratch pattern that resin polishing pads erase step by step. Plan the full sequence — grinding, honing, polishing — before you start.

What is the difference between grinding discs and floor grinding pads?
Grinding discs are metal-bond tools for aggressive stock removal — leveling, coating removal, exposing aggregate. Floor grinding and polishing pads are resin-bond and do the refining stages (honing and polishing). A full concrete floor system uses both in sequence.
Can these discs remove epoxy coatings?
Metal-bond diamond discs are the standard tool for mechanical coating removal. For thick or soft coatings the disc choice matters — describe the coating in your RFQ.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces per SKU. Mixed-grit sets can be combined within one order — tell us the grit breakdown you need in the RFQ.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation. Samples and repeat orders are usually faster. Sample orders and small quantities can ship by air freight to shorten delivery time.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. OEM and private-label production is available, including custom packaging. Send your artwork or requirements with the inquiry.
