Concrete Polishing Pads by Grit Sequence

Wet use controls dust and cools the pad; dry use is faster on site but needs dust extraction. Several SKUs are specified for both; superhard-concrete variants are dry-use.

Typically 6–8 steps from grinding to polishing. The exact count depends on the starting condition — tell us about the floor in your RFQ and we will suggest the sequence.

Transitional pads — copper-bond or ceramic-bond — sit between metal-bond grinding discs and resin polishing pads in a concrete sequence: they erase the deep scratches left by metal tooling so resin pads can start at a finer grit. Whether your floor needs them depends on the slab and the sequence; describe the job in your RFQ and we will recommend the right tooling from our grinding and polishing range.

Terrazzo responds to the same grind-hone-polish logic as concrete. Our concrete pads are specified for grinding and polishing concrete and stone floors — tell us whether the terrazzo is cement- or resin-based in your RFQ and we will confirm the starting grit.

The standard MOQ is 100 pieces per SKU. Mixed-grit sets can be combined within one order — tell us the grit breakdown you need in the RFQ.

Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation. Samples and repeat orders are usually faster. Sample orders and small quantities can ship by air freight to shorten delivery time.
